Joe Medeiros - President
Joe Medeiros has been in the construction painting industry for over 30 years. Starting as an apprentice for a small shop located in the San Jose area, Joe moved up the ladder working hands on. As Joe learned the field, he began to move into the office as a Senior estimator for a painting and drywall company. Years later, he decided to take the risk and opened Bay Area Pro Painting Inc with the same mentality to provide excellent service and professionalism to his business clients.
Joe Rosa - Field Supervisor
Joe Rosa is a Field Foreman with 30+ years in the single-family new construction and multi Family division. Joe Rosa manages some of the biggest projects with a team of 20+ painters. He handles multiple projects at the same time without any issues. He is fluent in three language, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Victor Couto - Field Supervisor
Victor Couto is a Field Foreman with 20+ years in the multi-Family division. Victor was acquired to oversee the outside phase of construction as Senior Manager for the Team. Victor has experience handling over 15 field painters and multiple projects at the same time. Victor also speaks fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Nobby Medeiros – Senior Project Manager
Nobby Medeiros is a Senior Project Manager with 20+ years of experience on and off the field in the painting industry. At the young age of 20, he started running small crews and now has experience of managing our projects with 80+ employees. He has helped and improved the vision to detail that we provide at Bay Area Pro Painting, Inc. Nobby is also fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Alonzo Camino - Office Manager
Alonzo maintains all day-to-day office operations and procedures, from preparing payroll to controlling all billing and accounts payable in the organization. Alonzo is a decision maker and a problem solver.
Mark Paz - Senior Estimator
Coming from the stucco side of the industry, Mark began working side by side with Joe Medeiros on Multi-family and custom homes for the past 15 plus years. Mark is highly knowledgeable with the aspect of the business industry.
Jasmine Montuy – Office Assistant
Jasmine Montuy runs our payroll at times for 80+ employees. She also helps all office staff with day-to-day task. Jasmine has excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and get done all task. With strong attention to details, she runs our website and social media accounts.
